RECORD A JEREMY HART SONG

 

Jeremy constantly writes new songs, and has new material in our publishing company. Although he records many of the songs that he writes, his music is also available for other artist to record, and/or lease tracks.

 

LEASE A SOUNDTRACK

If you're wanting to record a Jeremy Hart song using his soundtracks, you can do just that with the same level of quality at a lesser cost. Before you can record using a track, you must first pay the leasing fee that gives you the right to record with one of our copyrighted tracks. Leasing prices are as follows:

 

1 – 2 Songs – $135.00 per song

3 – 5 Songs – $115.00 per song

6 or more – $100.00 per song

 

When you lease a track(s), we will send you:

- Detailed Invoice

- Lease Agreement

- Writer & Publishing Information (for songs not written by Jeremy Hart or in our publishing co.)

- Mechanical License Form (for songs written by Jeremy Hart and in our publishing co.)

 

Whether the song is written or published by Jeremy Hart Music or not, you must contact the writer(s) and publisher(s) and request a mechanical license, to obtain legal rights to make copies of your recording.
